Waste as art clearly hasn’t yet seen its day. Over 10 years Martin Sanchez has transformed a city block in Riverside, California into an art installation of awe-inspiring proportions. The owner of Martin’s Tio’s Tacos, which shares the block with the complex, has created a chapel and house out of bottles and cans festooned with found items of every variety.
