Look!: Neece Clark's Interior Wall Murals

Seattle-based blogger Decorno scored twice when she bought a chair via Craig's List from muralist Neece Clark: first, the chair; second, a look at Neece's home, featuring walls covered in the artists own murals.

Lucky for us, Neece offers her craft for custom wall and surface design, and consults on interior design and color as well.

Is that first mural done with chalk on chalkboard paint? I really like the art!

I love those, bold but still tasteful.

Meet too I LOVE the dark wall "chalk on chalkboard paint" effect... Funny, I've done a full chalkboard wall for a client before (really neat) but I never actually though of an actual art piece in chalk...I've got to try that! Great job.

Thanks for the great comments! I had so much fun painting these murals. The poppy pod mural IS done in chalkboard paint...the photos don't show this, but the pods are actually layered with metallic and glossy paint for lots of depth and texture. Cheers!
