Look!: Three Unique Tiled Walls in the Mission
San Francisco

09-24tile.jpgWhile on our way to visit a friend's new apartment in the Mission, we walked by three buildings with tiled walls that caught our attention.

09-24tile2.jpgFirst, we took notice of the tiled walls of the 26th and Guerrero Market. The arrangement of these colorful tiles resembles a patchwork quilt -- it has a really stunning effect.

09-24tile3.jpgNext, we were intrigued by this apartment building's entrance with this interesting tile work. The tile was created to look like it has seashells and stones embedded in it.

09-24tile4.jpgLastly, we spotted this geometric tile, also in an apartment building entrance, found a couple doors down from the seashell tile apartment. Sadly, the photos -- which make this tile appear more appropriate for a bathroom -- don't really do this tile work justice. But trust us when we say that it looked cooler in person.
