DesignBoom and Japan's DA (design association japan) have teamed up to sponsor a 2D design contest. love your earth seeks "graphic artworks that will raise awareness of the environmental issues affecting our delicate planet."
The winners will be plastered all over Tokyo, but if you can't make it there for your 15 minutes, there are cash prizes, not to mention the glorious satisfaction of knowing you are raising awareness around environmental issues in a country that is, not unlike our own, a wee bit wedded to its consumptive ways.
