What inspired you to use color? Color directly affects my mood. Surrounding myself with energetic colors, especially in the oft-grey Northwest, gives me the right surroundings for my artwork...

Color Tip: Everybody looks good in red...and red light.

Colors Used: Ralph Lauren Cloud Blue, Ralph Lauren Haystack

Very nice but having lived here all my life and know quite well how gray and rainy it often gets, I'd need more saturated colors than the soft pallet you are using here.

And since gray light sucks out the colors in a room, stronger shades of whatever color you choose are necessary and I'd go warmer in the color tone to compensate to some degree.

I really love that red chair with zebra print....but the overall look of the room doesnt do anything for me. I think they mixed some odd furniture that has a very 80's feel to it...makes the chairs feel out of place i think. Dont like the purple chaise either..or the oak looking wall unit...

Get rid of those and I think replacing them with something more unique and not so dated would look much better.

My favorite has to be that chair. It looks so scandalous, almost beckoning any potential rear ends that may pass by to give it a whirl.......... Those pictures....are they clocks? If so, where might I find such a whimsical piece?
