Maybe everyone is outside enjoying the beautiful weather.

I'm out here but working like a slave an unable to post. AT is one island of serenity in a sea of unremitting labor.

Here's an open question that some of you might be able to help... Do any of you have any experience with resins? I'm thinking of an art project and want a smooth, glassy surface and thinking I could coat it with some clear resin, but I've never used it in this capacity. Any advice?

I haven't personally used resins, but they do it all the time on the TV decorating shows. I know that there is some finesse involved in how you pour it onto the surface to avoid little air bubbles, etc. I would check the websites for HGTV, DIY Network and Fine Living Network. You can often find decent instructions there.
