I submitted a "Goog Question" yesterday via the "Contact Us"-form. When will it be published?
I am looking for a mattress with coconut coir fiber and wool and cotton. No latex.

GOOG. LOL.
And yes, I have tried Googling, Yelp, mattress stores... The closest thing has been at Matsu, where they offer just plain cotton in layers, which is the original futon mattress. But I need more support, that's why the coco. And the wool layer makes it warm.

Lilli K.,
We receive dozens of submitted Good Questions every single week, and are always backlogged. We get to them as soon as we can -- if photos are submitted, the question is given priority.
(And we actually didn't receive your Good Question. Perhaps you sent it to one of the other city sites?)

It MIGHT have gone to the wrong city (I read all of them). I'll try again. I guessed you guys were busy with many questions, but wanted to make sure. I'll send you the question (again?).
Thanks for the great site.

I have a Martha Stewart housekeeping type of question but please don't make fun of me! I have Hotel Collection white towels and used chlorine bleach on a few of them and they're really yellow compared to the others. Has anyone been able to fix that? Does bluing actually work and, if so, where can I buy it in SF?
I am having trouble storing photographs... any help? Please? Por favor?

Cynthia, I'd take the towels back to the store for a refund. They shouldn't turn yellow. Try washing your new ones without the bleach. Sometimes using too much bleach can have the opposite affect, as you've seen. And yes, bluing can help but don't overdue it.

What do you mean by "storing photographs"? You mean in your computer or in photo albums or what?
