All design projects are on hold until I find a new place to live as our landlord is selling our sweet little glen park abode. But as soon as we sign a lease...

oh! I lived in Glen Park for several years, on Lippard St, right across from the elementary school. It's one of my favorite neighborhoods in SF. Easy freeway access, BART access, within walking distance of Noe Valley and the J Church train, and it had the BEST crepe house EVER. Is Higher Grounds still in business? I moved away 7 years ago. *sniff*

Since the comments are off on Matt's Cool/Concrete house tour (totally understand!) I just wanted to say that the place looks awesome. He really does mix various styles well without it looking all jumbled up. Also, that bike is hot.
Can we please get some more window treatment ideas? I am sooooo stuck!

quiltmaster,
desire to inspire recenty did a fabulous post on window treatments (i looked thru the past few weeks, couldn't find the link, but know it's in there! along with this week: posts on David Hicks and the fantastic Muriel Brandolini, check out the green and white study...just their usual combination of great service and killer eye).

Other than Alameda Antique Faire, does anyone else have other favorite flea market/antique faire to recommend in the Bay Area...?
Venue and schedule would be helpful!
