The Vancouver, B.C.-based designer/crafter has thought of everything -- even the included pins are woodburned to match: birds for the board, eggs (cracked and whole) for the pins.
Genius. $30 here.
Funny. At the Christkindlmarket this past Sunday, an artisan was woodburning names into some wooden crafts. I smelled the smoke from a few booths down and the whole experience reminded me of when I had my own woodburning set when I was a kid. This would be so much fun to do yourself with your own stencils and designs.
The tool is kind of like a heavier duty soldering iron. Very easy to use. And it smells like BBQ when you use it!

Awesome! I love the board (not so much the push pins though) and would LOVE to have like a skyline etched into the bottom
