We've been seeing all kinds of landing strip storage recently, from DIY ideas to more fancy-schmancy devices. This canvas pocket + hooks struck us a nice, neutral option that is relatively inexpensive.

Pier One has these right now for $6..I got one for my closet door and I love it. I hang my jewelry on the hooks.
