Hello AT:SF, I recently purchased these great patio chairs on Craigslist (mine are white not like the black one pictured here) and am looking for a table to go with the set. Any ideas? Thanks, Jane

Jane,
Actually, our advice is to keep an eye on Craigslist and at flea markets for a retro table. Anything new would probably look a little out of place with those great chairs.
Unless someone has a better idea, of course... Anyone?
I have two of there chairs in white and the matching round "cocktail" table. The set belonged to my grandparents. I would look for something low, works perfectly. I did I quick search on outdoor coffee tables but they were all expensive.

I like the idea of a saarinen-style low pedestal table.

These vintage chairs are made by a company called Homecrest, and the iconic banana chaise is part of the original collection. I have several styles, which I had powdercoated white, and keep in a covered outdoor area. Recently, I found a Saarinen style table with a white carrera marble surfboard shaped top in a coffee table height. Looks so fresh, a nice minimal outdoor room.

Wow... I have one of these chairs. A neighbor gave it to me because they couldn't fit in there car when moving. I like it, but don't know just what to do with it. I had no idea it was outdoor furniture. I once saw a picture of it in a magazine of a italian hotel (used indoors as well). It had a pink pad. Anyone know if someone sells the pads.

Boomerang table! Lots of kinds to choose from. This is a kit:

I like the legs on the kit better, for use with your chairs. Lots of curves and openness in the legs and chairs. You'll probably end up having cushions for those chairs, so you could match up the cushion color with the table color.
Maybe even having a few throw pillows made with a more subtle boomerang print for the chairs:

Using the aqua shades as the table color and the main chair cushion cover. And paint the table legs white, of course. There are white boomerangs in the fabric, along with other colors.
You can check out the Sunbrella fabrics here:

For the outdoor fabric, they have a color called "Coleridge Sky" and "Canvas Spa" that seem to be very close to the Michael Miller Boomerang fabric (on my monitor, they look very similar).
Here's a link to what the original cushions look like on the Homecrest Swivel Rocker (thanks to fushsia having the name of the company) which I guess was the image that you used, without the cushion, Ha!:

Check their site too, maybe they have a contact for replacement cushions and table ideas:

Hello,
I have two Homecrest swivel rockers in white that I love. Replacement cushions can be made to order at this site:
http://www.cushionworld.com/id172.html
The site has some very nice graphics to descibe each make of chair/chaise.
I wish Homecrest would make reproductions of this line, very practical, modern and comfortable!
Enjoy your summer!
