The only thing we would do differently is we wouldn't use a trellis off-the-shelf. We'd make a much simpler rectangular frame for the backing. One commenter on the Lowe's page even suggests repurposing an old twin bed spring, which would work just fine for our simple rectangular appearance. We'd follow the directions from there: Trellis Moss Garden from Lowe's Idea Library.
To be honest, it looks ugly.

With a little thought in design....I think you could make it look nice and it be a great addition to a patio/porch/garden area.

Yuck! Sorry. It just looks like a wall of vomit.

It kind of looks like a Michael's craft store project.... no offense! Sometimes there is room for stuff like this... I guess? Maybe in the right context... like adding color/green to the side of a brick building?

Flora Grubb offers some better inspiration for a good concept. And yes, this one has too much moss, doing it a great injustice.
