Outdoor Entertaining Inspiration: Lynsey Fryers

After a beautiful weekend, the weather's been kind of crummy here today, but when we came across the work of stylist Lynsey Fryers on Oh Joy!, we found ourselves immediately transported to a sunny summer party with nothing to do but drink and dream and play games. Fryers' inspiring vignettes depict simple, creative ideas for outdoor entertaining, so we thought as Outdoor Month comes to a close, we'd leave you with a few of her photos (and links to many more)...

There are so many ideas in Fryers' portfolio that we'd love to try. A casual picnic with dice games and big pitchers of lemonade. A garland of striped linen flags made from ticking fabric. Afternoon tea and cookies set up on a vintage camping stove on the beach. Now that's the good life!
