Before and After: Revitalized Chair

7-2-chair1.jpgSometimes furniture needs a little pick-me-up - that was certainly the case of this chair. While still in great shape structurally, it was looking pretty tired and dated. Click below the jump to see the after.

While we were initially planning on painting it, it turned out that all it needed was a new cushion. We love the way that the stripes go with the criss-cross of the wicker, the structure that the piped edges bring, and the fact that the new cushion is thick and firm - making it not just prettier but also much more comfortable.

Nice job! I like it better without the back cushion too.

Nice! Had to scroll back to see, that it really was the same chair! Where was the pillow made? Or is it DIY?
