Fish N' Flush

2006-07_28_shop-fishnflush-.jpgBe proud to send guests to your WC.

This contraption, which turns your plain old utilitarian toilet tank into an object of fascination, is a great, space-efficient way to have an aquarium.

The fish tank is "completely separate from the toilet tank," and "designed to fit directly against the companion tank reservoir."

Yes, tacky name. But cool product. It bring pets (and pet fun) into the room where you'd least expect it. When it's time to clean the tank, you're already near a drain and a source of running water. Perfect for people who wouldn't otherwise house pets of any sort for lack of space. Probably not so perfect for cat people.

We recommend foregoing the fish-patterned toilet seat cover and populating the tank with beautiful fresh or salt water fish. And we love this marketing detail: "great for toilet training." No doubt very true, though more so for boys than girls.

Fish N' Flush is available for $450 here.

Good God. Not just a tacky name. That thing is hideous.

That's hysterical!!! But not in a good way.

I'd be scared to death to flush it! I realize the tank isn't actually part of the toilet, but, will guests know?

I don't know what I'd think if I walked into someone's bathroom and saw that.

Wow.

My first thought was that when the fish die, flushing them is sooooo convenient.

Cats would adore it. (They're often fascinated by toilets anyway.)

It's so far over into John Waters territory that it starts having a weird appeal.

This thing is so tacky and over the top I'm almost mesmerized by it. The cats would LOVE it.

Would definitely cause a bit of a jolt the first time anyone went to the loo...

My (three-year-old) son would go into a hysterical weeping fit if he saw that...

Now I think I've seen it all!

I disagree with the tacky comments. This particular photo and seat combination is awful, yes. But swap out the blue gravel and go with more neutral colors, and obviously implement a new seat, maybe a small cloth cover, and this could work..

I liked it, my bathroom is done in fish an d dolphins any way. Would make a good talkative subject at a party. I like artistic ideas, being and artist my self. How much is it?

We just donated one for a charity auction and it was the talk of the party. Due to the overwhelming success of this product we will now be selling them.
