A Few Good Mail Holders

Even if you open your mail every day (which we highly recommend) there's still bound to be a little bit of pile-up of bills to be sent, outgoing letters, and magazines not yet read. We find that such items usually end up getting too comfortable on our dining room table, so we set out to find a good mail holder that could corral it all in one clutter-free place...

A search of some of our favorite websites came up with these good-looking options:

  1. Pottery Barn Galvanized Metal Key Cabinet for $49 An all-in-one landing strip with a mail slot at top.

  2. Ecco 2 Wallmount Mailbox for $92.19 Too pretty to be left outdoors, this mailbox would work mounted inside for incoming and outgoing mail.

  3. Umbra Atrium Napkin Holder for $9.09 This slick napkin holder can be repurposed to handle your mail, instead.

  4. Anthropologie Odds & Ends tray for $58 A stack of mail instantly looks tidier when placed in a little tray.

  5. Pelle Larsson Mail Holder for $41.38 This Scandinavian design keeps all your mail easily visible, so nothing gets forgotten.

Excellent idea about the Umbra napkin holder, if I don't say so myself.

Oh wait, I did, right here:

Stockthebourgeois - I was looking at the picture going, "I swear someone posted that napkin holder before..."

I think this one I saw recently at the MOMA shop is pretty chic:
