Bamboo Screen from Chiasso

Chiasso really isn't always our style, but every once in a while they come out with something we appreciate. Like this scallop-edged bamboo screen, which is fancy-talk for a screen with a wavy top.

What we like about it even more is the fact that they've left the grain of the bamboo joints on the slats. It's 6' tall, and a little expensive: $398 here.

we have the non scalloped edge one at the office. It works really good to hide the extremely ugly little kitchenette in the corner. We were originally going to get the eames molded plywood one but it wasn't tall enough and is pretty pricey compared to these.
