It's priced at $35 for non-members, and measures 15h x 12.5w x .75"d. The mirror, by Cheong and Nogtev, is part of the MoMA's Destination: Berlin limited-time collection of goods. So act fast if you want a Cap'n Hook for your home!
am i crazy for thinking that $35 is silly for something you can make out of a pant hanger and a mirror tile you pulled off the wall in your bedroom redo?

that's exactly what i was thinking.
this would be a very easy (and cheap) DIY.

I would really hope it's sturdier than a DIY version, I was just thinking what a mess it would be when the springs on your pant hanger gave out and that mirror crashed on your floor. That would be my only worry.

glue or resin would solve that problem. :)
