I voted not, but if I was throwing a Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner for firefighters who had to work that day, I would totally buy these as a centerpiece for the tables.

Not. I love repurposed things, but these (except for the one with the flange) look like they'd tip over. I guess if it was for the firefighters you'd be fine, but anyone else... With a little work they could all be safer, but without it they look dangerous.

these would be cool in a very industrial space, sometihng that already had exposed brick and pipes running everywhere. If they were weighted, I don't think the falling over wold be as much of a potential issue. Can't tell from just a picture.
