Maybe I'm just a child of the digital age, but I'd have to stare at this for a minute when ever I wanted to know what the time is.

When the meiosis is complete, do you have two clocks?

2 clocks in one is a fine idea but I don't like the shape. I don't say it should be a circle, but it looks like, when you look at it, that's it's just deformed. A better design for the item would look less like a mistake that was supposed to be a circle and more like an intentional shape of a clock with another smaller clock by it. I'm just saying this from a "peripheral vision," that something you expect to be round oughtn't be disturbing you out of the corner of your eye -- it's not relaxing in general, and time is already stressful (to many).

That's what I thought as well. The shape seems more melty then it should be. For a second, I thought that was the original intention until I noticed the smaller clock.

...there's no flow to the appearance, it stops at the corner.

I'm all for organic and amoeba shapes in design, but that one major issue unsells it for me.

Great colors, though. ;-)

The shape is good. You can rest on on a flat surface with it it rolling over. Very useful when you don't want to mount it on a wall.
