Twelve frames of various depths, dimensions and thicknesses make up the "numbers" on this clock. Pictured as it is with graphic artwork instead of photos makes it a standout wall feature, but it's even more appealing as an inspiration for DIY.

The plastic frames come multicolored, or all white or all silver. We're not sure exactly how big the frames and clock hands are, but we'd hope they are either very small or huge.
I saw this on her blog last week and thought cute in a crafty way.

Oh I love this!
We're still on the lookout for a clock we both approve of and ditto small art as well.
This should solve our dilemma while allowing us to go to town with small pictures and artwork.
Any idea where I can get the clock apparatus to DIY this?

Supriya, I've seen clock parts like that at Michaels and Hobby Lobby.
I'm thinking of doing this, too. In my version I'm going to use simple black frames with photographs of interesting numbers inside.

I saw that on Flickr last week and almost passed out. I need to make myself one of these!

Thank you Brandyjane. I will go to Michaels and get the parts.
