Pillows by Olive

It seems we can never get enough throw pillows around the house. Every time we find a new source on etsy, we try and figure out some place that might need another one (besides the bed). Such was the case when we found the Olive etsy shop today...

Shop owner Fallon has a knack for finding fun and sweet patterns to use for her pillows. We also enjoyed her unique creations, like the personalized postcard pillow and Morrisey silhouette throw. See more offerings from the shop, including potholders and garlands, here.

I'm in love with the skeleton key throw pillow.
The black and white pillow with the owl on it is also beautiful.

The bird cage print is from UO; does anyone recognize the other prints? I love their reuse as pillows!

While I like these pillows, I don't see what makes them post-worth on this site. The fabric on each is great, but that's not what's being highlighted here. That said, these pillows would look better and more finished with piping around the edges to make them pop.

JasmineIsDomestic is see what you're saying but I think AT is trying to highlight inexpensive ways to make your place 'pop.' Etsy is a good resource and it fits into AT's whole "make your place yours" type of mindset, other than purchasing them from places like Pottery Barn (yawn). And their pillows (not covers) average under $35, which is much cheaper than others. Saying that, you do pay for better craftsmanship, but they're cute, fun and inexpensive.

I've been scouring etsy for almost a year now to find handmade/vintage/eco-friendly pillows for my place and Olive is one of my favs, but personally, I love, love, love reiter8 and their recycled sail pillows!

Yes, the one with the bird cages is the same print as one sold by UO--but not anymore. I had two of the bird cage curtain panels and tried to get two more but was too late. When I e-mailed them to ask about it, in case they had just two lying around an office somewhere, they said they have to keep adding new merchandise "to offer people the latest" whatever. Would love to know if anyone's found that fabric anywhere.
