Vinyl Bathroom Fun

Vinyl wall decals have been all the rage for a while, but we love this new take that brings the fun into the bathroom...

11.5.9 bathroom 2.jpg We have always loved the aesthetic of vinyl wall decals, and the range of imagery possibility continues to grow. We never bit the bullet, though, and added any to our decor. We would argue that we already have too many framed pieces for our own walls, and vinyl stickers take up prime art real estate for hanging our artwork. Bringing the vinyl fad into our bathrooms, however, works just fine for us! These stickers from Hu2, "the smart vinyl laboratory" are super graphically appealing, and add a bit of fun to some unexpected places. I think the tub stickers are cute and functional. There ought to be a third one for "baby." But the rest are just ugly, IMHO.

I'm kinda with paintitbright on this... I thought the tub looked cute and was excited to see the others, but while I guess they're clever, I didn't really care for them.

Hmmm, wonder if the craze for vinyl wall decals parallels the mania for tatooing?

At least the decals aren't permanent.
