Ceiling tiles tend to either be terrible and office like or amazing bits of architectural detail. Empire West tries to bridge that gap by making attractive tiles for suspended t-bar ceilings - yes, much like the one you probably have above you if you're working in a typical office building right now.
According to Empire West, their Ceilume tiles' "100% recyclable vinyl construction and nesting design uses 75% less raw material, and they are much more efficient to ship." They're also paintable and moisture resistant.

My mom and I plan to open a home furnishing store in the next few years....I plan to hang on to this link!

I've seen those in person and they look like the vinyl that they're formed from. Decent concept, poorly executed.

It looks dumb in a small space. you need to do this in a large open space to get the right effect.

I suppose it's okay for a situation where one is stuck with a suspended ceiling, thinking, "Anything's gotta be better than this."
But it's not great. It's sort of like covering a ceiling with cheap cupboard doors. And 2' x 4' fluorescent fixture in the middle doesn't help.
