That's not a coat hanger, it's a coat rack, or hall tree, or coat stand but, not a coat hanger.

They have showrooms in LA and NY, here is that info from the downloadable catalog:
LOS ANGELES
8950 Beverly Blvd
90048 Los Angeles CA (Usa)
phone 1 310 2789260
fax 1 310 2789263
info@cappellini-la.com
NEW YORK
152 Wooster Street
10012 New York NY (Usa)
phone 1 212 9660669
fax 1 646 4372590
info@cappellininy.com
And they should be able to tell us the price.
I was thinking that would make for a splendid floor lamp, by lining the inside with rice paper (the paper that is on shoji screens) and having an up-light inside it.
Not only would it glow, but the curlicues would be transferred to the walls.
I can also see hanging the tear drop lead crystals on the curlicues (no paper) and using a clear bulb, whatever kind is used at jewelry stores that makes diamonds sparkle.
And it would make a really great trellis on top of a round pot of the same color.
I like that thing.

It seems weird to hang a coat on something that isn't like a coat rack. It's not so designed that I'd call it art just for the purpose of standing there to look at, but once you throw coats onto "might-be-a-hook," it starts to look like crap, in the way that your chair and your exercise equipment look like crap when you use them to hang your clothes instead of hooks and hangers. It transcends being a coat rack the second you use it for one and it looks improper.
I like TRUE BLUE's ideas, but then I usually do anyway. If anything that's been featured on AT as repurposed as a lamp is a lamp, this coat rack surely could be.

I don't know if that would work, but buying a tall paper lamp and doing curlicues would be a lot less expensive, I'm sure.

Not to hang your coat, but I bet you could have a ton of fun with that puffy paint:

making curlicues on these:
