A great example of a carpeted room that would *really* benefit from a beautiful area rug.

Hi JillE,
I was lucky enough to get the floor lamps (I have two of those) from my grandparents, they have an incredible selection of furniture!

This space is exquisite! You're eye for color and placement of accent pieces is spot on. Your casual sophistication has me feeling relaxed yet not lethargic. Great job!

Beautiful shade of blue. I also love the placement of the artwork on your wall... and the use of mirrors as art! It all works perfectly with the room.

This could have easily turned into Grannie's room, but didn't. I love the mix of the old and new and that color is absolutely gorgeous!

The best use of color! Excellent contrast between the contemporary and vintage. The large work of art in the first picture reminds me of a painting I was given by my BFF. Gorgeous all around!

This could have turned out horrible and dated but instead it all works so wonderfully. Love how you incorporated contemporary and vintage looks and vintage styles without making it look staged, overstyled or souless. really nice.
