This weekend Portland area craft enthusiasts will be gathering at the last monthly Crafty Wonderland hosted at Doug Fir. As a way of thanking them for their 3.5 years of monthly DIY encouragement, I'm urging you to get on out there and support your local craft scene! I'm sad that Crafty Wonderland will be changing from monthly to biannually after this year. I know its a lot of work to put together, but I think that there could have been some changes made to keep it going monthly and still bring in new vendors and customers. Sad. Looking forward to the Holiday show though, which was fantastic last year! Crossing my fingers for **no snow** that day - last year there was an icy blizzard!
