I thought I saw a Kaffe Fassett needlepoint design, and I was a little disappointed when I say the laylagrayce link indicating Dash & Albert - but HO!! Designed by Kaffe Fassett - my needlepoint radar is still working!

dash and albert manufactures the Kaffe fassett rugs which this one is. You can buy these rugs on the net. This is a needlepoint rug. I also have susan sargent rugs and love the tuffed wool which lasts longer then needlepoint. But any wool rug holds up better for longer and easily cleaned. Look for sale rugs at suan sargent. She has fabulous sales!

Oops didn't see the Dash and Albert response. But if you like this rug, you'd probably like Susan Sargent stuff, too.

I've seen similar rugs at Anthropologie. I'm not sure how their prices compare to Dash and Albert, but some comparison shopping might be worthwhile.
