Offset Striped Rugs

We've noticed a developing trend over the past several months that we haven't yet pointed out. It's hugely apparent that offset striped rugs are making themselves known to interiors all over the world this year. So let it be written. So let it be done.

I like the Burt one (and the Berkus ones too). The others may look better in person, but they just seem a bit off.

I love this look! I just ordered a rug with a similar feel for my living room:

I hadn't thought of dizziness and totally love the look of these, but I do occasionally suffer from vertigo and I can just imagine what one of these would do to me then! All the stripes would be moving... So, I think I just crossed these off my "I want one but don't no where to put one" list.

@Annie, it takes a special person to quote Yul Brynner as Pharaoh. You are that person.
