it's called connecting a buzz word that has no relevance in order to jack the price up to $100 on a chair that is obviously not worth it.

A year ago it would have been $20 or abandoned on a corner around 20th/S. Van Ness. They are comfy though, as long as the pedestal spring(s) aren't all worn out and floppy.
