Scented Drawer Liners from Soap and Paper Factory

8-20-08 liners1.jpgEvery day, we try to remember two things – clean underwear and perfume. The former is easy; the latter…well, we’re not perfect. This is why the idea of scented drawer liners for our lingerie (or socks or sleepwear) is so appealing. Even if we forget the perfume, we’ll still smell nice, and our dresser will look chic all the while.

8-20-08 liners2.jpgGone are the days of sachets and cedar balls, replaced with fancy liners from Soap and Paper Factory. We love the chartreuse print of our favorite sweet scent – orange blossom – though the pink rosewood is more likely to fit our home’s color scheme.

Since the papers are unlikely to be seen by anyone but you, we say go for whatever will brighten your day (and perk up your nose) in the morning.

• $28 for six 19.5 x 27 inch sheets at Soap and Paper Factory (Use any leftovers for gift wrap!)

Oh no, they have no store listings. Can you only buy them online?
I think they'd be a lovely housewarming gift to myself (hehe), but I'd like to smell them first. Cinnamon clove sounds really tempting, but the green tea one looks so pretty.

Please don't wear perfume. So many of us are allergic. I hate getting on the bus some afternoons and finding a woman who is wearing too much perfume or a man with heavy cologne. It gives me a headache for the rest of the evening.
