SF Good Questions: Where Can I Find This Chair?

Hi. We bought two of these groovy and very comfortable swivel chairs last year at the now-defunct Khyber Pass store on Potrero Hill and now wish we had bought a few more! Would anyone know who might make these or where we could find them? Are there any successors to Khyber Pass?

I really like that too. So, there are no tags or marks or anything on the underside of the chair, or somewhere on the legs?
