The double rocker. It's a form we've seen before, but never with this much panache. The craftsmanship here is gorgeous, and for something so in line with the style of today, we love that it's actually an antique.
Tete-a-Tete Rocker at Hedge Gallery
The Namoradeira rocker was designed by Jose Zanine Caldas in the 1970s. While we've never been a fan of the double rocker or any seating where that forces interaction, for that matter (shouldn't that be a choice?), we could definitely find a place for this in our house. By the look of it it can't be too comfortable, but we don't think we'd mind - like a killer pair of shoes, sometimes you have to sacrifice for style.

No reason why it can' be comfortable. It has smooth curves. Why spend 40 hours making something uncomfortable when you can spend 42 hours and make it comfortable.
I am betting anyone close to his size will find it comfy.
No worse than sitting on hard plastic lawn chairs.
