How is everyone sleeping? Better, we hope. We always notice feeling more rested after sleeping in a cleaned and de-cluttered bedroom. The same goes for sleeping on new sheets - anyone go out and replace theirs this week? We took the time to wash our quilts and comforters in hot-hot water, good for making them smell squeaky clean and for getting rid of built up dust.
Speaking of dust - who took the plunge and bought an air filter? We said it last week, but we'll say it again, this really does make a big difference in your bedroom.
We tend to turn our air filter on for a few hours before we go to bed, and definitely notice the difference in how we feel in the morning when we haven't used it for a while. If you haven't already, try it out!
So, how are you all sleeping? What was your biggest success or challenge this week? Who's looking forward to the (coming up very quickly) end of the Cure?
It won't be the end for me. I've been down with a cold for two weeks or so. I will be curing for a while longer =o)Keeping an air filter in the bedroom has helped a lot!

Yes, we've started using our air filter again as well. It has been helping us with our spring allergies. As it is a water based air filter, I like to add a drop or two of an essential oil to the water. Ylang ylang is a favorite.
We'll be finishing up our Cure this week although the big home renovation/bath remodel project will be ongoing through the fall.

One question: how well do air filters work if you leave your window open all night long?
