Hvidt & Molgaard Teak Credenza at Monument

10-13-08moncred.jpgThey don't make them like this anymore. Peter Hvidt was a fantastic designer, and when we saw this credenza we nearly lost it. It's teak! It's beautiful! Swoon.

10-13-08moncredext.jpgThe credenza has been completely restored. And with an asking price of $5,800, we won't be buying it, but we sure wish we could.

Sally--

There are dozens of equally well-made and stylish teak credenzas for sale every day on eBay - for 1/2 the cost (including shipping from the warehouse in Maine where they're received from Denmark)
