apartment therapy changing the world, one room at a time

SkateLab BreakOut Collection at Target

11-27-skatelab.jpg

Rad. Had we a 12-year old boy's room to decorate right this minute, we'd be halfway to Target by now.

With all the bent-ply products making the rounds these days, the frame is the least recognizable as a skateboard in and of itself.

As for the shelf, any way you slice it it's a floating kind, which we far prefer to visible hardware. And we love the wheel bookends.

The frame is $29.99 and the shelf is $39.99, here.

My son is a skater, and he thinks this kind of stuff is stupid and sad:
"Parents trying too hard to support their kid's interests."
