Spine Wall Shelf at West Elm

5-28-spine.jpgIt looks a little familiar... Kind of like the good old Sapien Bookcase, and hey, remember Pottery Barn's Studio Library Shelving AT:NY blogged back in (gasp) '04? Well, whatever the case, we're thinking that the Spine Wall Shelf from West Elm might make a good bedside table...

Williams-Sonoma Inc owns both Pottery Barn and West Elm so it is just a matter of time before items from one end up at the other, just tweeked differently.

I wonder how much weight it holds. I've been wishing for a way to hang my cookbooks up in stacks, like a wall-mounted Sapien!
