note to the builder - there shouldn't be an apostrophe in the name. It's plural.

I second the apostrophe comment. In the small town I grew up, these name signs are common, and probably 20% contain this grammatical error! It is my official #2 pet peeve... right after people referring to desserts as "decadent".

I logged in to make the same comment as well...but then I thought, maybe the house belongs to "The Spencer." I have a friend who frequently refers to himself as "The Josh," so it's not terribly farfetched ;-)
