Who was your favorite entry and why?

Northwest #11: John's Mission Melange. His place is warm and has character. I like the use of color and blend of objects. There is personality in his place.

What's your next improvement?

If I owned my place, I would love to modernize the kitchen. I am dealing with virtually no counter space and old appliances along with the built in cabinets and old ice box of a 1920's kitchen. I would rework the space to keep some of the charm but make it more functional.

I am completely inspired by your bathroom. I have an all-white bathroom and have been totally bored with everything I've seen so far...that red chandelier and the black/white/red color scheme is a knock-out.

Umm...where did you get that chandelier, BTW?

I liked it to begin with, and now even more.

I love the grey color but I think this entry should not have made it to the finalists.

I think its very prety and thats about it. At 700sf you're dealing with a fair amount of space for one person. Its not a mansion yet, but its not cramped. As such you get a place like Davids, which is completely gorgeous, with lots of personality and a hot JT poster in the closet! But its not ingenious - there arent a lot of solutions shown for dealing with small space and that sets this entry at a disadvantage to some of the more creative ones.

Very clean and simple. What color did you use in your dining space?

ooooooOOOOO that red lucite candelier is just too glam. It looks fantastic, and I just love the idea of a chandelier in the bath.

I think this looks fantastic. I can absolutely hear the humming of the wheels turning in his mind and I just want to sing along with him. The flowers on the bathroom are such an expected burst of magic. This place is bliss.

For some reason, I like the new photos a LOT more than the original photos. Still, I'm not wowed. Nice individual touches and definitely a lot of thought has gone into this place. But there's something missing.

I'd love to know where the bathroom cup and soap dish are from.

The bathroom has a calm and airy feeling to it. Love how you use multiple scaled framed photos without having the rooms look crowded. Nicely done.

Thanks for sharing.
