They were recommended to us for their custom upholstery service, through which you can order sofas, armchairs and sectionals in over 600 fabrics and in any size you require -- so long as it's not too radically different from the proportions of their floor samples.

Styles range from the commodious bee Lounge to the vaguely Deco Chicago, and their 4 - 6 week lead times are short compared to Crate & Barrel's 10-week marathons.

We hear that the customer service is uneven, but if you're willing to take a chance on that, you can enjoy prices that are very competitive: a friend had them make two extra long microfiber couches for $3,200.

Citysearch's Gina Goff describes iExpress as a "stylish showroom," and Gizmodo's resident couch potato/writer Brian Lam bought iExpress's bee Lounge in a spill-proof suede microfiber. It cost "as much as a small plasma," but Brian reports that it was well worth it.
