Inmodern Furniture at Therapy

4-22-08 inmodern.jpgWe kind of fancy ourselves expert furniture builders... you know, of the IKEA variety. We can wield that little hand-crank looking tool like a pro (though we do have a suspicion that's not actually the kind of "tool" favored by pros). So part of us had to scoff at Inmodern's selection of easy to assemble furniture - where's the challenge, we ask?

On the plus side, though, we'd gain back a few hours and the benefit of not having to decipher those instruction hieroglyphics. Also, Inmodern's furniture is made from wood that is 100% FSC-certified, comes in several eco-friendly finishes, and is made in the US. And it's available right now at Therapy on Valencia - easy as pie.

Cool Stuff!
BTW - "that little hand-crank looking tool" is called an Allen Wrench...

I'm loving the (presumably) felt leaf-shaped coasters and table decorations. Does anyone know who makes them or where I can get them (or at least look at them so I can make my own)?

To add to bep's comment, I think in the US the little hand crank tool is most commonly known as a hex key.
