We were clued in to the existence of Xiaoping Design's gorgeous lacquered demi-lune tables by reader City Dwelling Chilanga Mama.
We like the Moon Table's Minimalist/Chinese look and the lovely lacquer finish. But the reason we're blogging it is actually because of the shape. As kristian pointed out, the half-moon top makes this table perfect for flexible use: either against a wall as a console, or flush with another moon table to make a circular dining table. (You'd need storage space for the other half however; so if you're a small space dweller this might not be the fold-up dining room you've been looking for.)
