Mushroom Coffee Table

What could be more elemental than the Mushroom Coffee Table's solid, round shape? This is a table that will really anchor a room. And its large drawer, where you can hide coffee table detritus in seconds, make the 'shroom a possibility for a room that lacks storage or square footage.
 
 

Mushroom is made from harvested mahagony with various finishes. It's 42" in diameter, 16" high, and costs $1200 at LivFurniture, on Fillmore Street. Currently in stock in teak, and to order in ebony.

Where was this coffee table when we were in the market for a new one? Darn. Wish I had waited and gotten this one, much as I love our Saarinen oval.
