Baja Plate Set by Christopher Jagmin

2-17-09-baja-all.jpg

Desert flora rendered in black and white make these plates worthy of wall display, in addition to proud service on the table. It's one way to have succulents represented in our home, which is way too dark to accommodate the real thing.

The plates are hand painted, and the cartoony drawings are complemented by the rounded square shape of the plates themselves.

Way "TOO" dark, please. And these are awfully uninspiring. They look like something from the CB2 outlet section.

I also found them unappealing, but ,hey, they're not horrible.

I'm with luckypeach. The plates are okay, but the post itself, uninspired. Three typos in the first two sentences of a four-line, perfunctory post? Really? Consider comparing similar offerings from other retailers or demonstrating some knowledge about the manufacturer or the aesthetic or...a little imagination, proofreading and effort, please.

Oh these are great! Cartoonish and a little bit surreal. I love them!

Thanks for fixing the typos in this post. Still would appreciate a bit more of an angle or some demonstration of a point of view or some research (beyond just sharing an image pulled from the store's website) but at least the post is now readable.
