In our house we celebrate both Christmas and Hanukah. We've inherited (or been gifted) many ornaments but no Menorah, so this year we went out looking for one that's worthy of keeping in the family for a long time.
Laura Sweet keeps a a great list. Our faves from her picks are Jonathan Adler's Pop Menora and Adi Sidler's Menorah in Motion.... and [after the jump] here are some more to start an AT list:
(The first night is fast-approaching! December 15th this year.)

Nice list! I actually got a very cool menorah at Ikea several years ago. It's made of squiggly, moveable wires (it's electric) and reminds me of a calder drawing. Sadly I haven't seen it again since I bought it.
But, if you're looking for a fun gift for grandma and are in NYC, Bob and Judy Coolectibles on 5th ave in brooklyn carries these fantastic menorahs made from mah jong tiles...for about $40, I think every snowbird grandma should have one.
Some really beautiful and novel examples of traditional silver menorahs with a twist can be found at designer Sharon Geller-Metal's Gotham Judaica at the url below:

Here's another great one, the Rosewood Menorah by AT reader Stephanie Caplan. (Thanks for writing in, Stephanie!)
One of the biggest online collection of can be found at Judaica Mall at http://www.judaica-mall.com/menorah.htm
