
A picture on a shelf in this post from Decor8 immediately captured our hearts. It turns out to be by Angie Lewin, a UK-based printmaker whose work includes lithography, silkscreen, etching, lino and woodcut and wood engraving.

A picture on a shelf in this post from Decor8 immediately captured our hearts. It turns out to be by Angie Lewin, a UK-based printmaker whose work includes lithography, silkscreen, etching, lino and woodcut and wood engraving.

Her prints have a vintage, slightly washed out feeling, but the muted colors only serve to offset the occasional pop of vibrant color or the strong geometry of her patterns. Lewin�s themes are primarily botanical, but unusual � seaweed makes an appearance in several pieces.

Lewin's prints are affordable at �50-�100, and purchase information can be found on her website.
