This Portland artist knows our weakness: Affordable original paintings that also speak to our love of shoes. Lucia Johnson's "Ice Lady In Her Red Hot Shoes" — shown above — is painted on a vintage window, with a coat of epoxy on top for protection. The 31"x20"x2" piece is priced at $350. Johnson also sells fine art prints in her Etsy shop ($20). And for those of you not as addicted to shoes as we are, a lot of her work is footwear-free.
