Tile Tattoos from Mibo

Bored with the tile in your rental kitchen or bathroom? Stick up a few of these Tile Tattoos. They're purported to be "impervious to water and moisture" -- and to leave no sticky residue when they're removed.

Sounds like easy, reversible decor to us.

A set of six 4.25" squares is $16 and a set of six 6" squares is $18.00 at 2Jane.

Too expensive for stickers, but I still want some! I own and can't afford to retile right now, what a great idea.

how could you turn this into a diy project?

I've been looking at these for months, but can't justify the price. You're right jlg, too expensive for stickers....

You can transfer printed material (from newspapers and magazines) onto clear Con-Tac paper (remember doing that in elementary school in the '60s?)--rub it down, then soak it in water until it comes apart. The only problem would be how you'd get multiples of the same image, if that's what you want.

Sorry, I think it's "Con-Tact." You know you cared.
