Trend Group USA Eco-Friendly Tiles

3-10-trendtiles.jpg

Bathroom Month inevitably means we have tile on the brain - we just can't stop thinking about the stuff. Trend Group USA is one of our latest discoveries. Their eco-friendly tiles can be configured into some breathtaking patterns (although we wish they had larger photos on their website).

What exactly do they mean by "eco-friendly" tiles? Trend is a manufacturer member of the US Green Building Council, meaning their products can be used to gain LEED points when doing a green building project.

More information about Trend Group USA can be found on their website.

The dealer swore to me the green glass tile in my new bath, was made from recycled bottles. It does look like old, worn coke bottle glass I picked up on the beach as a kid.

Eco-friendly is taking on a whole new meaning for us, since this wonderful post appeared. Trend Q has up to 72% post-consumer recycled content, and we'll be launching a new recycled glass collection in the fall. Stay tuned!
