The only sewing kits we've ever had were free ones we nicked from the hotel complementary basket. They always come in handy, and we've probably earned the privilege of actually paying for one. The Decole is so cute that we wouldn't mind.

The little wooden box has everything you'd need: spools of thread, closer to full-size scissors, thimble, measuring tape and a little pull loop for easy retrieval off of a shelf.
